An amusing view of two rickshaws speeding along in Hong Kong. In the first is a foreigner dressed in white smoking a cigar and reading a newspaper. With a team of three pullers. In the other rickshaw are two Chinese ladies and a baby laughing at the foreigner. In the foreground is a Chinese policeman who looks bemused.
