Description:

Robinson Road, Kowloon.

The first road built on Kowloon was started in 1861. It was named Robinson Road after the 5th Governor of Hong Kong Sir Hercules Robinson. In 1909 the name was changed to Nathan Road after the 13th Governor of Hong Kong Sir Matthew Nathan. This was done in order to avoid confusion with the Robinson Road on Hong Kong Island.

M. Sternberg was a wholesale and retail postcard dealer at no. 51, Queen's Road Central and at no. 34 Queen's Road Central.
