An attractive city plan of Delhi which was published in London near the middle of the nineteenth century.
Edward Weller FRGS (Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society) was an English cartographer and publisher who was working in London in the second half of the nineteenth century. He had premises from 1861 at 34 Red Lion Square and from 1872 at Duke Street, Bloomsbury.
