Description:
A detailed city plan of Hong Kong published in 1924 by The Japanese Government Railways. Many landmarks are shown including the new Hong Kong University which opened in 1912. The tram lines are shown. The Proposed Eastern Praya Extension is indicated in the Harbour which when completed a few years later would become the heart of Wanchai. Morrison Hill was removed and used as landfill for the reclamation.
