An itinerant Chinese fruit vendor selling his wares, sweet corn and mandarins. The view is possibly on the way to Happy Valley, as he appears to be seated underneath a banyan tree, the background is all trees and shrubs.
An unusual early hand tinted portrait resulting in a colour photograph.
